Certificates

Certificates give participants a digital record of completing an experience. They can be viewed online and, where enabled, generated as a PDF.

How to use it

1. Confirm the participant has completed the experience.
2. Open the participant certificate page from the voucher or delivery workflow.
3. Check the name, experience and completion details.
4. Share the certificate link or PDF with the participant.
5. Correct any spelling mistakes before final sharing.

When to issue certificates

Issue certificates after the activity has been delivered and any required sign-off or completion status has been recorded.
