Products and Inventory

Products are the experiences customers buy. Each product controls the customer description, price, voucher details and any booking or resource rules attached to that experience.

How to use it

1. Open the products area in the partner portal.
2. Create a product for each experience, package or voucher option.
3. Add a clear name, customer-friendly description, image and price.
4. Choose whether the customer pays in full or can pay a deposit.
5. Save and preview the product on the storefront.

Useful checks

• Make sure the description explains who the experience is for and what is included.
• Confirm the image is sharp and represents the actual experience.
• Review pricing after seasonal changes or supplier updates.
• Hide or retire products that are no longer available.
